I’m so glad you’re here.
Rooted in the principles of authenticity, accessibility, liberation, and community, my clinical and facilitation work is driven by the belief that honoring your intersecting identities leads to an expansive self and full life. Finding a therapist who you can trust to gently hold you while firmly pushing you towards growth can be transformative — and difficult to find.
That’s where I come in.

I believe that everyone deserves the chance to connect with themselves—authentically, unapologetically, and at a pace that feels right for them. This belief drives my commitment to dismantling systems that shape how we see ourselves and, by extension, each other.
The mental health field has long failed marginalized communities, including queer, neurodivergent, and other excluded groups, who have faced stigmatization, patholigization and lack of affirming care. In response, I strive to provide anti-oppressive, queer-affirming, and neurodiversity-affirming care rooted in respect, dignity, and an understanding of the lived experiences of those who have been excluded or harmed by dominant systems.
In my work, I am here to hold space for your full humanity—exactly as you are.
