I provide virtual, individual therapy in New York state for adults 18+ and teens 16+ on a case-by-case basis. In addition to clinical services, I offer supervision for licensed or pre-licensed clinicians, as well as consultation, workshops and trainings.
Individual Therapy
-
Free Consultation
I provide a free 15-minute phone consultation so that you get an idea of what therapy with me will feel like. This will be an opportunity for you to ask questions and decide if we are a good fit to work together.
Initial Meeting
Our first 1-2 sessions will be spent exploring your personal history and reasons for seeking therapy at this time.
Sessions
Individual therapy sessions are 45-50 minutes long with meetings that occur once per week. The frequency and length of our sessions may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
-
$225 / Session*
45-50 minute session
*Applies to both Initial Meeting and Individual Sessions
Sliding scale available to multiply marginalized clients and college students/recent graduates. Please contact me to discuss.

I am considered an “out-of-network” provider which means that I do not accept health insurance of any kind and session fees will be paid directly by the client following each session. You may be eligible for out-of-network benefits through your insurance provider (often times this will cover a percentage of the fees).
To find out if you have out-of-network benefits, you may call your insurance company. Please scroll down for a list of questions to ask to understand your reimbursement eligibility.
If you would like to submit a claim of therapy to your insurance company, I will happily provide you with a monthly “superbill” which will include all of the necessary information for your claims to be processed. This will also be your paid receipt.

I offer one-time meetings for folks related to my niche areas of interest. I adapt this appointment to meet your needs - we can problem solve, look at formal diagnosis options, address concrete questions, etc.
-
$50-75 / Session*
30 minute session
*This is a pay-what-you-can option that might be just what you need if longer term care isn’t what you want or can afford at the moment.

One-Time Session
Clinical Supervision
-
I offer clinical supervision for clinicians looking to expand their work with neurodivergent and/or LGBTQIA+ clients. It is also a wonderful opportunity for pre-licensed clinicians to seek neurodivergent and queer affirming care and consultation (that isn’t always present in supervisors in this field)!
-
$150 / Appointment
45-minute appointment
Weekly, biweekly or monthly spots available.
-
Clinical Supervision is not covered by insurance.
Workshop/Training
-
Bring me into your organization or work environment! I customize my workshops to fit your community needs, helping companies, teams, and studios find new ways of relating to each other and their work more broadly.
I begin by scheduling a 30-minute phone or zoom consultation to learn about the mission and values of your organization. From there, we co-create a workshop or training that meets the needs of your audience.
-
Fees are dependent on the size and scope of the workshop you have in mind. A typical fee for a 90-minute workshop is $350.
-
Nurturing Neurodiversity in Post-Secondary Education Spaces
Neuroaffirming Approaches to Crisis
Autistic/ADHD Burnout
Performance, Perfectionism, and Comparison in Art/Athlete Worlds
Questions for Insurance Companies & “No Surprise Act”
-
Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health coverage? If so, what percentage is covered?
What is the deductible and how much of it I have met?
What is the co-pay for a session if I see an out-of-network provider?
What is my coverage for an out-of-network provider who is licensed in zip code 10031?
*CPT Code: 90834 for a 50-minute individual therapy session
What is the process for submitting the “superbill” and receiving reimbursement?
-
The “No Surprise” Act requires health care providers to provide current and new patients who are uninsured or self-pay with a “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE) of cost for treatment. This regulation attempts to provide patients with transparency regarding their health care costs.
It can be difficult to provide an estimate given the length of therapeutic services is dependent on your goals for treatment. Ultimately, it is up to you to decide how long to be in therapy.
I will provide you with a GFE orally and in writing. The example below may help you have an idea of the financial expectations of starting therapy with me. However, this is variable based on the session fee, duration and frequency of our work together. The following is an example over a 12-month period:
Individual 45-50 minute session: $225
Weekly 45-50 minute session for 52 weeks: $11, 700
Bi-weekly 45-50 minute session for 52 weeks: $5, 850
