Resources for Learning and Support

I am deeply committed to learning from as many sources and lived experiences as possible. These books, podcasts, and social media accounts are focused on neurodiversity, disability justice, and general mental health. There is a particular focus on social and cultural factors.

I’ve also included non-carceral US based crisis lines. I frequently update these, so if you have had particularly positive or negative experiences with any of these, reach out!
